Ordered malai chaap from here and it’s not even malai, it’s creamy siracha and on top of that you can tell it’s just cold food. There’s no indication that this was even cooked/warmed. The chaap itself are super hard barely can eat them, when cooked properly they are so soft and chewy. Wanted to satisfy a late night craving and they truly ruined my whole appetite, Mera Dil krda c jihne bnaya ode muh te mara ehna ghatiya bnya sab. I’m someone who respects food service and understands not every day or dish is perfect but this is beyond that understanding. I’m completely disappointed, if I knew this is what I was getting I would have made it myself which would have been way better. Complete waste of money.

I have came here many times they are good. Today i order 1 pav bhaji and 1 paneer noodle burger. The pav bhaji i got was so bad and old that you can clearly see in the video attached. Paneer burger i ordered didn’t have slice of paneer or any paneer in it. They refused to accept that. While i was there 1 more person order paneer burger and he checked in front of them and there was no paneer. The guy working there said its in the tikki. There was nothing. The guy amrit working there was so rude as a worker. Owner was out for a day . He didn’t answer the call . Will never go here again.

I stopped by not knowing what to expect. I only needed a quick bite. I asked them to make me whatever they think is best. They ended up asking me to try the fried fish. I was surprised by the generous portion they gave me. The fish is fresh and it’s wonderfully seasoned. I’ll definitely come back to try more dishes.

A minus 10 if I had an option. I decided to give this food truck a second chance, but unfortunately, it was an even bigger disappointment than the first time. The Chole Bhature and noodles were both terrible. The Bhature didn’t resemble Bhature at all—I’m sure even non-Indians living in the U.S. could make them better. The noodles were just boiled and drenched in soy sauce with a few pieces of green bell pepper—completely bland and unappetizing. I deeply regret ordering from here again and wasting my money. This food truck either needs to shut down or hire a chef who truly understands Indian cuisine. And if this is run by Indians, I have no words—it’s truly disappointing.
